We offer 10 unique courses on different aspects of Generation Z. While not required, we highly recommend you start by completing the "Understanding Generations" course first as it offers the foundation for the subsequent courses.
Other than beginning with the "Understanding Generations" course, courses can be taken in any order.
There is no pre- or post-work for any of the courses. However, there are in-class assignments to complete during each course.
Each course takes approximately 1 hour to 90 minutes to complete.
Members of Generation Z are in our schools, workplaces, families, and communities. Learning about their perspectives, styles, beliefs, and preferences can help in being able to best work with them in any capacity. In addition, earning a certificate can show employers and others your commitment and understanding of best practices in working with this young generation.
If you successfully complete any of the ten courses, a course completion certificate will automatically be generated for you. If you earn a Silver-level specialty certificate or the Gold-level Master certificate, please email us at [email protected] to receive a customized certificate.
