FAQ

  • Where do I start?

    We offer 10 unique courses on different aspects of Generation Z. While not required, we highly recommend you start by completing the "Understanding Generations" course first as it offers the foundation for the subsequent courses.

  • Should I take the courses in any particular order?

    Other than beginning with the "Understanding Generations" course, courses can be taken in any order.

  • Is there homework?

    There is no pre- or post-work for any of the courses. However, there are in-class assignments to complete during each course.

  • How long does it typically take to complete a course?

    Each course takes approximately 1 hour to 90 minutes to complete.

  • What is the value of taking these courses, or further, earning a certificate?

    Members of Generation Z are in our schools, workplaces, families, and communities. Learning about their perspectives, styles, beliefs, and preferences can help in being able to best work with them in any capacity. In addition, earning a certificate can show employers and others your commitment and understanding of best practices in working with this young generation.

  • Will I receive an actual certificate?

    If you successfully complete any of the ten courses, a course completion certificate will automatically be generated for you. If you earn a Silver-level specialty certificate or the Gold-level Master certificate, please email us at [email protected] to receive a customized certificate.

  • Are there bulk rates for a group?

    If you are interested in having 10 or more individuals complete any coursework and want to inquire about bulk pricing, invoicing, and completion tracking, please email us at [email protected].

  • What if I decide later to get a certificate, after I already bought a course? Can I still get the bundle pricing?

    The bundle pricing is only offered at the time of purchase and is not pro-rated later if additional courses are purchased.
